I lived in Co-Live SunRise property for 1 month. At the time of booking the room, they showed me a spacious room. By the time I came to the property after the deposit and rent payment, they gave me a room the size of a small bathroom. We booked for 2 people, the room consisted of 1 bed barely space to walk and all my luggage was on road.
I had to take leave from office and get to their office to sort the things out, even then they had allocated me with a medium sized room with no space for my luggage. So, I am forced to put all my luggage in the store room and stayed there for a month.
By the end of that month, they promised me the room I was shown in the beginning, but failed to do
so, frustrated by this and not able to atleast use my luggage with poor quality of food, and wifi and no working gym or movie room they promised (all of these are just for show). I vacated the property informing the care taker.
After a month or so from that incident, I started to receive mails/ WhatsApp messages threatening if I do not pay the remaining balance, I will be charged with a legal procedure
The charges are on itself not reliable,
For ex: 4000/- for power bill for 1 room with 1 tube light and 1 fan and nothing else.
I did not even ask my deposit back. I left it with them, still I am receiving these messages on a daily messages which are stressful, I would like to file a report on this and het this solved once and for all.
