This complaint is against mistreatment and fake promises done by PG accomodation owner. PG name is Colive Alpha PG
Room No : as per commitment 103b, but they provide room no-303b,Colive alpha
Address of PG : No 169, opposite to Sunshine PG, Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103
Following are the major issues faced during our stay in PG:
1. No proper response after payment.
2. Poor quality of food
3. No proper cleaning
4.they are not providing our advance amount and they will send only acknowledgement mail.
5. No proper response from colive customer service and the PG managers.
6. They provide whatsapp number but its not activated in whatsapp.
7. No proper contact for communicating with PG staff members
There are numerous other issues except the above stated. It is sort of never ending list.
