I got a call from 8050065845 from colive agent, she showed me a property online and said that she can book it with 1500 rupees. She mentioned that there will not be any extra charges and she will put everything in writing and provide me receipt of that. I paid that reservation amount on colive app.
Now once the amount is paid.
I got the confirmation but the rent & deposit is higher than what she mentioned on call and on whatsapp message. I was told for 9k/month rent, no locking period and full 7k deposit refund. but now on app it showing 4k handling charges, 11k rent 14k deposit and 1 month notice period. See the difference.
Now when I am contacting their customer care and the agent, they are not responding and disconnecting my calls.
So I lost my 1500 rupees, that’s fine but it is for other people who are believing these guys.
Please don’t fall pray to them, they are claiming something and providing something else and i am seeing many genuine complaints as well regarding refund of the deposit and increase of the rent all of sudden as well.
Please consider other options don’t fall pray to them.
