This is a FRAUD & SCAMMER Platform.
This platform is rediculous guys, I can’t withdraw my money, the error I get. ‘My Aadhar and Pan have different Date of Birth ‘ which is absolutely FALSE statement.
My DOB in both my documents are same and their executive Harsh Shaw tells me that they can’t help at all. I have wasted 2 hours with the customer support executive Harsh Shaw. He told he escalated my ticket # 2460050 but no one helped out. I was told his manager Abhishek Sharma will call me but he is a very busy man and they can’t help.
Now I couldn’t pull my money out. Who is responsible. I will request Coinswitch it take this responsibility of being a FRAUD platform.
