Hi,
I made a transaction of 10000 rupees to the coinswitch kuber app.Money got debited from my account and also confirmed from my bank that transaction was successful and the beneficiary received the amount.But now coinswitch is denying the same and just reply in email that they haven’t received the amount.
Below is the proof of the transaction successful.
Dear Customer,Your transaction of Rs 10000.0 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary NEBLIO TECHNOLOGIES account XXXXXXXXXX2509 on 20/05/2021 15:31:41 with RRN 114015774046. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.
