Text of Complaint by Nishu Kalra:

Hello sir,
My father is died three months ago, I requested several times to coinswitch customer support about the transferring of my father’s holding to my account or liquidate the funds, whatever their policy. They told me to submit necessary documents to complete the procedure and I did the same. But after providing the certificates that were demanded by them, the matter is still not resolved.
Coinswitch customer care executive always tell me that your matter under concern. But they didn’t make the solution. They always tell me to create another ticket and then another ticket and making fool of me or wasting my valuable time.
Please help me, I am very disappointed by their service. please make a solution.
