Coindcx a crypto currency exchange received 19,000 INR in their bank account. The bank account was shared on their app and website for transfer of money in cryoto exchange. After receiving the money they never transferred the money to my exchange account or returned back to my bank. I have done several follow ups and logged a complaint since june 4th, case id is 459508. I even sent them sevral reminder emails and twitter messages. Everytime they just say that they have escalated the case and will return the money soon. Pls help me getting my money back from them
