coda payment fraud.
Dear Sir,
I have experienced this problem in the month of April 26th to 29th april. I received a message on my cell phone on the amount being debited from my account. As the transaction was not made by me and to check on the same I opened my phone banking app which showed 11 transactions of Rs 4000/- made towards coda payment from PAYTM, the transactions were done with out any otp or the password as frequently asked when making the payments. I called up the customer care to inform the same and got the account blocked and even locked the FIR. Still to my surprise the account again got hit with same transactions the second day. I have been duped for Rs. 32,000/-. The bank had given us the time of 45 days to look into the matter. we are still waiting for the banks response.
We need the amount refunded as the transactions are not made by us.
We are suffering and no one is bothered… Is this the Digital India???
