coda payment fraud.
Dear Sir,
I have experienced this problem in the month of April- May 21. I received a message on my cell phone on the amount being debited from my account. As the transaction was not made by me and to check on the same I opened my phone banking app which showed 8 transactions of total Rs 4000/- made towards coda payment from PAYTM, the transactions were done with out any otp or the password as frequently asked when making the payments. I called up the customer care to inform the same and got the account blocked and even locked the FIR. The bank said they can’t do anything.
- I need the amount refunded as the transactions are not made by me.
