I had ordered a Bluetooth which I received on ,23aug with another product when I Play the Bluetooth after charging it’s Power button doesn’t work I requested for replacement but when delivery man comes he said product is not matching which they have send in replacement order so he doesn’t handover me the product now I have product with me which is not working now tell me what can I do all the options of return are hidden. What can I do with product which is not working
