i have been using services of 4 mobile phones, one dth and one ftth connection from Airtel. I decided to get these clubbed into the Airtel Black 2299 plan which was done few months back and the account was ok
Early this month, i got the dth deactivated and requested for the plan to be changed to Airtel Black 1799. For this Airtel unbundled my black plan, making all services independent. They were supposed to deactivate the dth, and then bundle the mobile and ftth services into Black 1799 plan.
However, since the last 2 weeks, the executives and customer care has been taking me for a ride and they are deliberately delaying the conversion and causing me financial loss as well as mental stress. They are simply claiming that they are working on the issue and that they need 24-48 hours for resolution. This has been going on for last 10 days..
