Hi
I got my Club Vistara Sbi Credit card in September. As per their promotional policy they provide you complimentary flight voucher after joining the card. After my first Payment of bill I did not received my voucher so I contacted customer service and they said after payment within 15 days you will get your voucher .But after 30 days again I contacted them they said your voucher had been issued. I checked on club Vistara app there was no voucher nor did I received any Email. Third time I called I told customer care to let me talk to their senior the senior also explained the same that your voucher had been issued and we have sent you and they cut the call i middle. There was no reply from customer service so there is an option to escalate the matter to nodal officer after 1 days. I did that too but still no resolution from their side. I havent got the voucher yet.
It’s been 3 months i am following them but there seems to be not any solution to my query please help.
