I’m Manish Sahdev writing the complaint because Club Mahindra Robbed me. My basic concern is I took Club Mahindra membership in Feb 2020 from Mr Chandan Singh who told me that you have to give us a booking amount of around Rs.15000 and your emi from the card will be deducted from next year and also you will get the 15000 Amazon pay in your registered mobile number. Then I took the membership, next month my EMI started deducting which was around Rs. 7500. Then I called Chandan and he said you should block your card immediately because of some technical issue as they were unable to stop your emi.
From Feb 2020 till now its round 1.5 years, I’m waiting for that Amazon amount of 15000. I discussed it with Mr. Chandan many times but he always said you will get your EMI amount and Amazon voucher within 2, 3 Days. I processed it, but nothing happened. Then I discussed with customer care they told me that “They don’t have any policy to pay amazon voucher, might be the salesman have promised you wrong”. If any person who is representing his company, for us he is company, we are not taking the membership through the owner of the company. If your company representative doing any kind of promises then you are the only responsible person to fulfill it not the customer.
Club Mahindra is a fraud Company. Do not trust them and join there membership. I am writing this complaint since I am one of the victim who is suffering after making the initial payments.
They will talk to u very politely and kindly only until u pay ur initial payment and start their subscription. After that all the commitments they gave or the promises they will accept them that they were fake promises. The important this is that, even the customer care is also ver irresponsible.
I am regretting a lot after taking this membership from club Mahindra.
I would like to advise others on this not to try on this for ever with club Mahindra.
