I have received call from club mahindra sales offering a 2 nights free hotel from club mahindra. after reaching there the sale representative Aniket and himanshu are asked men to take membership then only i can get the offer voucher of 2 nights. he also made many fraud promises regarding club mahindra experiences. he also said you can get the refund as and when you feel not up to your expectation.
After i made my payment Rs 40125 and got registered which member ID number is 3008547,but after 02 days I got realized that all of his promised found to be fraud and experience was very horrible. i mailed them for cancellation of my membership and refund my money. then their real face revealed, now they are showing me their policy of refund and denied any refund to me.
Please help me to get my money back from such a fraudster company.
