Text of Complaint by Amitkumar Gandhi:

I Have Given The Confirmation About The Cancellation Of The Club Mahindra Holidays Membership On 21st, March 2021, I Took Many Follow-Ups For Cancellation Of My Membership By Talking To The Customer Care Of Club Mahindra Holidays. They Called Me Each And Every Time That The Executive Will Call Me Back Within 24 Hours But I Did Not Receive Any Calls From Them. After So Many Attempt And Discussion They Have Cancelled My Membership And They Have Reverted Me On 6th, May 2021 About The Cancellation. This Is Too Much Delay In The Cancellation Process. They Have Taken Almost More Than A Month. Now They Are Doing A Delay In The Refund Process. They Are Not Giving Proper Response As Well. They Have No Such Policy For Cancellation As Well. It’s Almost 3 Months Completed For This Process But Yet I Do Not Get My Refund Amount From The Club Mahindra Holidays.
