I have returned my product and money is credited to club factory wallet as 12.58USD but the actual purchase value is not refunded. there is a value in USD and they return the value in USD. there have shown 1USD =72.39INR and my product value is 929.41. So, as per this USD value it should be 12.84INR instead of 12.58USD. As it is a refund I worth my Actual price. Please value the money and I want the actual price yet it is in INR or in USD. I want the total money 929.41INR. My Order No. SO53882097. Solve this issue as early as possible.
