I’ve ordered a dress online with the Club Factory site and received very poor quality product on 5th Nov 2019.
Immediately I’ve placed a return request on 6th Nov 2019. Since then the customer care people are playing and roaming round and round all the time.
I applied for return request the next day after I got the parcel because none of the stuff was up to expectation I ordered one skirt and the top..
the top was horrible so shapeless so like I told I applied for return request so I was told the delivery boy would come I waited and waited but in vain
I called the customer care about my problems they gave me the number of the courier guy I called but the number was temporary unavailable I called the customer care number again this time I had to repeat everything because the customer care was another person again .
She told me to cancel my order and reapply for return request I told her it’s been more than 9 days will it be possible if I cancel ?
She told me they will look into it so I canceled my order to reorder but in vain I cannot apply for return request they had tricked me every time I msg the operator they tell me to wait for 24-48 hours and its been like 6 days and evetime I text I get a response from different operator telling me to wait for 24-48 hours…
dear people, please don’t shop from this club factory site as this is a fraud site with cheap clothes you would find it in street’s the way the model Wear and the reality is totally opposite except for a very few items.
Its been 23 days since I’m waiting for the coruier boy to come and pick the return request.
By speaking with the customer care every single day it seems like they are just time passing and delaying so that the customer will leave the issue after frustration.
Request you to take the necessary action on Club Factory so that no other customer will bother again.
