My order of a sweater was delivered and then due to small size i returned it , the person from club factory came and took it back from me and it was 5/11/18 and now it is 18/11/18 and the money is not refunded and when i am opening the app it is showing that my return pickup has been shedulded that means that my order is not been picked from my home but in real my order hai been taken away from my home. I need my money back plz help me.
