Respected Sir/mam I have online purchased crompton Hiflo 400mm pedestal fan Lg online Dt-15/june/2020/, from amazon/cloudtail india limited, order no 40213361853537147 i get delivery on the Dt-20/june/2020/, but the product has missing parts Base pipe, Telescope pipe with Height adjuster and oscillation knob these parts of the product missing inside the package then i email my request of the missing parts to amazon/cloudtail india limited. Dt-23/june/2020/, replacement order number-40802776978048375 but 2nd time amazon/cloudtail india limited – (products online i have purchased from the cloudtail india limited through amazon) delivered me products package with damaged/broken parts in the package , Base/Base cover damaged/broken again 2nd time i email my request to amazon/cloudtail india limited obout damaged/broken parts of the product than amazon/cloudtail india limited give reply that they will collect the product package/parcel and give me refund after collection of the product/package but upto till date neither amazon/cloudtail india limited collect the parcel/package from me nor give me the refund please obliged the needful.
