Respected sir/mam I have online purchased crompton Hiflo 400mm pedestal fan Lg(white) from “cloudtail india limited” through “amazon” online order Dt-15/june/2020/. Order-no:40213361853537147 i get delivery on Dt-20/june/2020/delivery package tempered.

With missing parts Base pipe, Telescope pipe with Height adjuster, oscillation knob these parts missing/not found in package i request ‘cloudtail ” obout missing parts in the package online and put up return request Dt-23/june/2020/. return order no:40802776978048375,

i get the replacement delivery Dt-28/june/2020/ but again” cloudtail india limited” delivered damaged/defected parts package is tempered not sealed/in open condition, base-cover/Base damaged/broken second time online i requested “cloudtail india limited” obout damage/broken part and requested online for replacement/refund my online purchase from cloudtail india limited is through amazon please obliged the needful.
