I ordered for a sari from clothsmart through Facebook advertisment and after I paid the money online ,I got a confirmation from them through email that they have received the money.I got an SMS with a link that my product will reach me within 10 – 12 days.Waiting and after not getting the sari,I sent a mail to them on the 13th and14th of January,but I could find only one mail sent through M mail section and not the one sent to their link in the SMS section.I didn’t get any reply from them till now.

I am also a fellow victim. I ordered a saree from them on Jan 1, 2019 and did not receive any. I mailed them requesting the tracking number and they did not respond also. I guess the order no. they provide us is the number of people they conned till now.
