I have requested GTPL Broadband support for closing my connection as I have transferred to a new place but they don’t bother about my requests and reply was ridiculous “Sorry We can not process your request” They are liable to close my connection but they reply baselessly even after I written there that I don’t need any refund just take your modem from my old place. Still they don’t close my connection.
