I was using a Payments Bank service via my old number, 7541049302. This number is no more in use now.
I wanted them to close the account so that I can use it with my new number.
For the last one month, I have been chasing them like anything on emails, social media, 400 and 8860088600 numbers.
But never got any responses.
They asked for documents from my end, which I provided to them.
They removed dormancy from my account but asked me to visit any Banking Point to make withdrawal of funds in my account. I visited one of the banking points near my place and to my surprise they did not had any idea on how to help me with withdrawals.
I asked WeCare team, to give me a call so that I can seek help. But they just keep sending me emails saying they called me and I did not pick up. However, I haven’t received any calls from them.
They have been harassing me mentally and I am helpless.
