This is to inform you that my loan has been closed dated 05-09-2023 but it stills reflecting actively in the CIBIL SCORE. In this regard I have mailed to CIBIL but they have informed that they can’t modify any thing unless the closure report comes from the BANK, so requesting you to kindly resolve this as utmost urgent.
