Res. Sir,
My self atul jyoti,I was a Paytm Fastag and i had raised a closure request to Paytm fastag on 13/12/2019 and my fastag was closed but paytm fastag is not initiating my refund after regular follow-ups.
Each and every time they are saying money will be credited in 7-14 days.it’s over one and half month since i am waiting for my refund.
requesting you to please intervene in this matter and register my complaint against them.
