Dear I am using Paytm postpaid facility, from you from last one year. But unfortunately I am not eligible for the benefits.
Hence I request to you plz close the loan account bcoz it was showing ACTIVE in the credit beuro where as I pay all dues in time. And after that I am not eligible.
Plz deactivated my account and send the report to credit beuro then can my score will increased. Thanks
