I try to close they will not give response properly then I blocked my card but still some insurance company without my permission they are renewing my health policy with out any itimations

Dear rbl bank, which is aapka bank Dehradun sailok colony me hai uske employee’s behavior is not right, employee’s name is Brij Nautiyal, we have paid your loan in full, still not giving noc. And the phone is not even picking up. This employee is also threatening. Action should be taken against this employee, thank you.
