I received an Email from ofm@amazon.eg who closed my account, that have credit in it.
The following was their message:
[[We are writing to inform you that we have closed this account. We have taken this measure because our records show that your account is directly linked to another account we have previously closed for violating the terms of our Conditions of Use. As a result, you may not open a new account or use another account to place orders on our site.]]
Sent them 4 Mails so far seeking for a help, clarification and support, but they are insisting that I have another account an will not open my account!
I need support and help to retrieve my account. I have explained everything, told them I put my heart in Mail explaining and trying to reach for a solution and informed I don’t have other account. Shared photos with a reasons of my returned items.
Please I need help and support to retrieve my account and know the reason of closing as I really don’t have any other account other than this one!
And why did they close the account without warning me or making sure that I am the same person.
I asked what should I do to correct this misunderstanding, asked for a phone call but they told they don’t have this service.
Please I need further assistance.
