My JioFiber Service ID 300268090461,
I had already raised my service request twice for cancellation of jio fiber services. On 28 December and 29 December there service request number are respectively SR000013IWVU and SR000013JB2Z . My jio fiber 30 days trial was expected to expiry on 31 December, so by that I had already requested you and elegible to receive full refund of ₹1500.
Now on 5th January 2021, I checked my service request and seeing that they are already closed! without any acknowledgement to me. I don’t want to close them I still wanted to terminate jio fiber services.
Why Jio closed my service request without completing ?
I don’t want to make a fresh service request, since if I make a fresh service request it will be out of free trial, however I still wanted to discontinue service and wanted a full refund of ₹1500.
Also from last 7 days (28 December 2020 till today) you are making fool to me about device pick up, As sad by your customer support that they will pick up your devices within 7 days, but till today I did not receive even a single mail/call for the same. Since refund can only be initiated after device collection I request you to assign service engineer for same as soon as possible.
I had really waited for a long time (9 days are already over) if it gets delayed by one more day then I have to fill a fraudulence case against Jio fiber in Indian judiciary court and I will make sure that evey single employee involved in this process should get penalized.
I hope that you will arrange a service engineer for discontinuance soon, if not then I have to take strict action against your firm.
