I sent a mail to my relationship manager Dixita Bafna and Nirajpratap Singh in Kotak bank, and both bounced back. I had complained to Dixita in the past, but it was of no use.
There was a credit card that Kotak closed long back. But it still shows in my CIBIL report. I sent multiple emails to the Kotak Service center, and they keep promising that it is closed, but it is not.
Could you please look into it?
