I had been offered for unsecured loans through paytm postpaid, the NBFC lender was arthimpact.

The lender has been constantly wrongly reporting on my cibil and mentions i have outstanding amount to be paid to them.

For which a dispute had been raised with cibil as i had no dues and the account had been closed long back from my and paytm postpaid’s side as paytm mentions.
Noc had been asked from paytm as they mentioned account had been cleared and closed long back itself. The noc sent to me had wrong details (information about the loans with paytm postpaid) which is being attached below.
Request you to please send me the NOC with correct details and send a mail on behalf of the fraud company who had been hampering my cibil records since a long time that the account had been paid off on time and the accounts are closed.

The company arthimpact still claims i have outstanding amounts with them to the cibil institution since the closure of the account and they opened another account and showed it was closed right next month on my cibil records which i have no clue where it came from.

Both companies are not respondant to mails being sent to them for support, arthimpact seems a fraud institution having no existence physically as i had run from one adress to another in search of it all over mumbai and all addresses seem to be fake.

Paytm postpaid on the other had is replying to mails with a copy pasted script saying we have already sent you a noc with some reference number. Even the noc shared by them has wrong information about the loan account details, all they can reply is we have shared you the noc with ref number so and so.
