It was very wrong decision to choose cleartrip.I have selected 15 of nov as the date of travel however due to an issue in the cleartrip website the date on which ticket was made is on 14th of November.Even though after giving proofs that the date is automatically changing the customer care team is just ignoring and giving ILLOGICAL reasons for the change in date.Its a request to everyone that please don’t go for this website if you don’t want mental harassment.

This happed to me also, not once but twice in past two weeks, first time I thought its my mistake, but this second time I am sure its the mistake of the ticket booking portal. I had check multiple times for the date to be 14th Nov but the portal selected the date as 14th Dec!! Now when I called for rescheduling my tickets they asked for3150 rs. After long talks and discussions with their customer care representative Utkarsh Pandey, he helped me cancel the ticket and rebook(without any issues). Also I was able to lodge a complaint for the technical glitch I had past two time. Hopefully they are able to resolve this issue soon as I always got good services from CearTrip
