- I cancelled an international round-trip flight for March 30th, 2020 on March 17th 2020. The flight later got cancelled due to lockdown
- Airline refunded the amount fully (~₹19,000) on March 19th, 2020 (as per my screenshots, can be verified) but cleartrip hasn’t refunded me since the past 3 months. Indigo airlines says to contact cleartrip but whenever I do that, they ask for 2 days to check or say they don’t know in which department within cleartrip my funds are stuck in. Is that even real? They don’t know about their own departments. I get the exact same response everytime. A few times they said refund amount will reach my bank account 15 days later but here i am 3 months later, still no refund at all.
- Their call center is not working and all complaints are online only. On escalating, they asked for 15 more days and as expected, nothing happened.
- That have confirmed that the amount is with them, then why the delay in disbursing refund amount?
