I took loan amount of 6000rs and didn’t paid loan due to financial problem.one of the app agent contact me to pay the loan amount and paid in a week.so I asked him to remove my balance amountbut still didn’t removed my balnce amount,he also sent me mail that on January 29 before 4 pm your balance amount will be cleared. It’s its been 8 days and they still not removed my balance amount and they are charging for ECS service charges due I saw my monthly bill and today i asked him again to remove balance amount but he is not responding properly.
