After getting admitted to a French University for Masters, I enquired about French classes and came across the catalogue by Henry Harvin. I was in contact with Shubhansha and the initial process with Shubhansha was smooth and I was promised course slots as per my convenience. I made a payment of 22,000 INR on 26th January 2023 for A1 and A2 levels. The company’s service and connectivity were good only till the payment was made and after enrollment despite multiple calls and emails the organization didn’t provide me the promised slot and there was no further communication whatsoever from their end. After multiple attempts to resolve the issues, I was directed to contact other members of the organizatino and have reached out to Rohan and Swati as well, with the same result of lack of response from their end. Further, my interactions with Henry Harvin’s legal team also bore no fruit.
The financial constraints owing to other program-related financial commitments did not allow me to enroll in other language courses. Henry Harvin’s inefficiency and fraudulent practices have snatched away the opportunity to begin my program with ideal preparation and to immaculately achieve my goals. This experience has not only caused financial distress but also negatively impacted the beginning of a very important phase of my life. I am constantly following up throughout the day and these constant follow-ups consume time from my other important visa and travel commitments.
I kindly request your help in the process of seeking justice from this organization and to caution other individuals from this scam.
