Text of Complaint by Isha Sharma:

I took an airtel fibre plan of 3 months in February amounting to 2800, after a month I got to change my residence and asked the airtel provider for shifting the connection but airtel provider denied for the same due to technical issues and asked to terminate my connection, assuring me the refunds within 45 days but since then no refund has been made.
