Dear Concern,
I have been charged with international roaming charges after the deactivation. While I have charged with roaming activation, I made a call through customer care of Airtel dated 24 October 2021 & I have received a confirmation about the deactivation on the same day. However, again an additional charge of 649/- is charged against the bill dated on 22 Nov 2021. Request for the needful.
