Sir/Madam,
I have applied for new airtel broadband (aitel Xstream Fiber services) connection for my home.. Also I have paid rental fee of Rs. 2474 what your team had asked through sms on 13th July 2020. So for the connection is not being made by you. But one of your technical team members said that the Airtel Junction box is kept at 400 metres away from my home. Hence it is not feasible to give a connection.. In that scenario, You know very well about your airtel junction box location and my home location. Without confirming the feasibility, in what way you have claimed for payment from me??? Hence, I would request you to re-visit your process ie. check the feasibility of giving connection and then claim payment from the customers who come for new connection.
Moreover, if connection is not feasible for me, I would request you to refund my payment at the earliest without further delay.
