I have purchased a Realme GT2 Pro mobile last year from Flipkart. At the time i have also purchased Complete Mobile Protection plan from Jeev Mobile.
last month my mobile screen damaged as the device sleep from my hand on 19th May 2023 around 3:00PM.
so i went to Flipkart application to claim for screen replacement for my complete mobile protection plan which i have purchased from Jeev Mobile.
Policy Details: “Your Damage Protection Plan Policy Number CMFKRR170922000141 is valid from Sep 16, 2022 to Aug 15.”
Flipkart Order Details: “Order ID – OD226016064158432000”
now after waiting for more then 20 days they said that my claim get rejected for unknown reason by their financial partner Bajaj Finance.
I have call thier customer service number which is: 1800-425-365-365 on last Monday to know the status of my claim id: “CMFKRR170922000141”, they said that my claim rejected for some unknown reason by financial partner, but they are filling a complaint so it get resolved by next 48 hours which should have done by this morning, but yet i am still trying to reaching out their customers service centre again to know the status of my claim.
Please help.
