Unfortunately she was diagnosed with diabetes on 12 oct,’18 and had to undergo a minor surgery where this policy was denied stating we didn’t disclose diabetes earlier. Dr by mistake in the initial prescription wrote the year wrong as 2013 instead of 2018. Which Dr admitted and corrected it my giving a letter. Insurance company is nor helpful and not responding to this promptly
