as i have my car’s comprehensive Insurance in the month of Aug-22, at that time RC owner name is already updated with the Name of Hardik Rajut even though policy bazar issued policy with previous owner name that is Milan ratnani. I already discussed for the ownership change at the time of premium, one of employee of policy bazar with the name of Abhishek Tiwari has give me commitment that don’t warry the name will change in your rc owner name soon. Now at the time of claim they reject my claim without any approval of insurer. I found that all the time policy bazar commit Fraud for increasing their business but customer does not get any benefit against the premium paid by customer. Now i want to claim with my issued policy any how. if the claim reject with the reason of without endowment, why the provide or issued the policy to customer they make practice to Fraud with the consumer.
