Text of Complaint by Banee Singh Bairwa:

Hi All,
I have had a Vodafone postpaid connection for a long time about 2-3 years, and always I use to pay my bills on time. In 2019 I took a new mobile handset for insurance provided by vodafone mobile shield. After a few days my handset got damaged and took the approval from the mobile shield to repair my handset.
I have repaired the handset in the month of march 2020. But at the same time lockdown was imposed due to COVID because of that could not send the documents on time. After lockdown in the month of july, 2020 document was delivered to you and the same has been verified by you.
Now it’s more than 7 months and I’m still waiting for the claim amount to be reimbursed, I mean I don’t understand what kind services are there by the Vodafone idea.
It’s high time now, always your people are giving the time that it will be received within 15 days, 20 days, 30 days, but didn’t get any assurance that when I will get my amount.
Request from all of you to look into that matter and please provide me proper resolution for the same.
