Hi Sir/Mam
This is to inform you that I am very frustrated AND irritated now as JEEVES has troubled me a lot by telling lies and keep me waiting from the long time.
I was facing some issues with my phone, packed my phone as suggested by jeeves, and on 18th March I dispatched so that the issue in my phone can be sorted out. I have already taken COMPLETE MOBILE PROTECTION since I took my phone. Calling and emailing JEEVES I just get another timescale which is going from the a very long time.
On 27th May I received an email that my phone is in service centre and I will receive it within 7-10 business days. But that was a big lie and received nothing and calling them I got another timescale.
Another lie by an another agent that “SIR YOUR PHONE WILL BE DISPATCHED ON 10TY JUNE AND WILL RECEIVE ON 11TH JUNE”.
Last friday(10th july) I received a call from backend team and after contacting them through call and email they told me so rudely that my phone is out of warranty and there is hardware issue so you need to pay for it. If you are agreed with it we will process otherwise will return it back. Seriously by listening this I was out my mind and had arguement them and bla bla bla bla. This stupid person didn’t know that I have sent the phone on 17th march and at that time it was within warranty. First JEEVES says on 27th May that you will receive your phone on 7-10 working days and again on call that you will receive it on 11th june. So continously I am hearing lie after lie and seriously I can’t tell you my condition what I’m going through. Now when I regularly call after having few words they intentionally disconnect my call
Also if there is some hardware issue why was I didn’t told on the email when I receive it on 27th May that my phone is in repair centre and will receive in 10 business days.
To be honest there wasn’t any big issue in my phone , it was working nicely but there was a fear in my mind if my phone starts facing issue after 12 month and as I have taken MOBILE PROTECTION COVER for 1 year, so why not get it repaired. I have paid for the insurance so its there duty to sort this out. I have clearly said to them that my phone was in a very good condition, packed in the mobile box and after checking by courier boy he provided me the receipt. I will attach all the documents including mobile bill, mobile protection cover, and courier receipt when I sent the phone. Also I will attach pics of the phone and the box in which I sent the phone before packing it
I have sent end numbers of email and made calls and there is no satisfactory response until now.
To be honest I want to inform you that my phone was in a very good condition and there wasn’t any big issue.
I don’t know how these people have taken carr of my phone. They haven’t handled my phone in good way in these APPROX 4 MONTHS and now JEEVES HAS starting blaming me. I am not a fool who will be conned easily.
I already had an arguement end number of times and I have already informed JEEVES that you’ve destroyed my phone and now I need a new phone with same make and model.
You can check on your system that I have called and email jeeves more than 60-70 times and nothing positive has been done until now.
I need phone asap. I appreciate your understanding. I am a very frustrated customer who wakes in the morning and has to argue with jeeves everyday.
ALSO I HAVE HIGHLIGHTED THIS CASE TO CEO JEEVES , CEO FLIPKART AND EVERY HIGHER AUTHORITY WHEREVER IT WAS POSSIBLE AFTER GETTING HARASSED AND TROUBLE CAUSED BY JEEVES
PLEASE NOT: I HAVE GIVEN MY PHONE WELL BEFORE TIME.

APART from it I have emailed and called jeeves,flipkart more than 60-70 times but what I got is only lies and a new timescale everytime.
