Good DAY
I applied for a Toyota runx CA 646826 through Mel Motors year 2003 at a price R130 000 (hundred and thirty thousand rand)
The salesman (Riaan) has ask my son ( Faeez) to complete applications at various banks to apply for loans on the same day to qualify for the amount of R130 000, in order to get the vehicle.
Capitec approved and paid out a R50. 000 which went first in faeez Bank account amd immediately into there bank account.
Riaan assisted faeez to apply for the second loan at Nedbank but thier criteria was to find out if faeez has the vehicle already nd he had to agree that he has in order to get the loan approval… Which was a lie.. Faeez was not comfortable with this and advised nedbank to canceled the loan, as he did not want to lie.
I personally feel that they have lied to my son as he actually had no chance of qualifying for a loan bases on his affordability..
We asked to cancel the vehicle application with Mel motors but we had to complete the cancelation process d mentioned that the funds will be paid out and we will lose a R10 000 of thd funds.. Due to cancelation aNd he is paying a installment for the loan already d his credit score was taken into affect.
I would trust that this information will help support my case.. As you can see this is a matter of urgency.
