I booked bus from pune to ahmedabaad which was bound to pick me up from shankarsheth road pune at 18:20 I faced below issues while travelling
1.Bus didnt show up till 1 AM midnight and both numbers given by travels were either busy or not being picked up
2. When driver came near to pick location driver switched off the mobile and deliberately missing our pick ups
3. As it was necessary for me to reach ahemdabad on 29 april 2023 due to my marriage I had to book flight ticket because of deliberate act of negligence by service provider which costed me 16467 INR and mental trauma
