I Mr. Ramakrishnan having insured my vehicle MH12NJ5169 for zero depreciation with you. I would like to inform that my vehicle got accident on 27/07/25 with damage of windshield glass. Yesterday I am not able to open the backside of the car due to damage.
After discussed with your surveyor Mr. Hemant told that he will not allowed for claim of back side door then I have send the vehicle to the authorized dealer Maruti Suzuki where the manger has informed me that the windshield glass and back side door need to change. I have informed to the surveyor Mr. Hemant but he is not accepting for the claim. I am not able to understand why he is not accepting by seeing the old damage and new damage. The new damage cause inside the door which is not able to open. If you need to picture of the inside the door then I am able to provide it. If you need to speak to the body manager of the Maruti staff then I will connect with them.
I kindly request you to please terminate the person Mr. Hemant that he is not able to continue the surveyor position. Your good insurance image will spoiled by him.
Please check again with my vehicle photo old and new then you can able to found the damage which is caused heavy where back door is not able to open. In the given PI report which is given is fully incorrect for eg : front windshield which is showing is not got damage. I kindly request you to please check again the damage which has been occurred. Mr. Hemant says that in the back door existing damage is there for that new damage will not be claimed. As I am saying that the new damage occur for that only the back door is not opening. When I asked to Mr. Hemant then he is not able to answer to my questions. After some time he says that I need to visit to repair center and get the repair done by paying the amount. If this happens then why i have taken the insurance policy? I am not asking the small damage. I am asking to repair the big damage for not opening the back door.
I have received the Invoice amount of Rs.19161/- where Hemant decided to pay rs.5613/- only which is not acceptable to me. Mr. Sandeep surveyor has been checked the vehicle before repair he has informed that vehicle back door is not able to open need to replace only. But Mr. Hemant is not accepting for the replacement. Please check and revert the amount which you need to pay. I have not able to view the details of the cost approved by acko. They have been deducted twice the amount of Rs.7000/-. Which need to reverse.
