அதீத சத்தம்தான் காது கேளாமைக்கு முக்கியக் காரணம். பொதுவாக 80 டெசிபல் சத்தம் வரை கேட்பது ஆபத்தில்லை. 90 டெசிபல் மேல் சத்தமாக தியேட்டர்கள் கேட்கப்படுவதால் என்றால், அது காதைக் கட்டாயம் பாதிக்கும்.
