I am a police officer working at Trichy City. I booking a cinema ticket ( Manghalam Cinemas, Mangalam Tower, Cantonment, Trichy – The Lion King Cinema On.July 28th 4.45 PM Show) through paytm on 27.07.2019 Night Order ID. 8850389825. Booking was not confirmed ( Oops Booking Failed. Uh oh! Seems like we encountered an issued while confirming your tickets. In case your money has been deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hrs or bank account/ card as per bank timelines. Please try booking again. Try again ) So i try to again booking the cinema and received the confirming SMS and saw one time cinema at the above cinema theatre . But two times Rs.622.20 (Totally Rs.1244.40) was deducted from my back account. Hence please refund the booking failed amount Rs.622.20 to me. Thanking you.
