As I have gone for movie, theatre person is cutting movie as per their desire. I have complained about it but theatre person is not giving any satisfactory answer and saying it was a technical fault and saying come next time with another ticket

I had booked a hindi movie show kantara on 24th Oct at 20:50. Show started at 21:00 and finished at 22:35. The show ran for 1 hour 35 minutes where as movie run time actually is 2 hours 30 minutes. Point of sale was Xperia Palava, Dombivali having Invoice No: 0170368. Transaction 3688107.
