I’ve checking my Cibil today through Mobikwik ZIP(Your CRIF Credit Report CCR230319CR454691547 is generated through MOBIKWIK ZIP with your consent.This is a soft inquiry & doesn’t impact your credit score) and the CIRF credit repot show that(see. Image) a loan on Transactree Technologies Pvt Ltd
Kindly give me solution and precious judgement.
I THINK ARE YOU USING ZIP BUY NOW PAY LATER THROUGH MOBIKWIK WALLET.THE LENDER PROVIDE THIS LOAN AMOUNT IS LENDBOX BUT LENDBOX IS PARTNER WITH TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGY THATS WHY YOUR CIBIL SHOWING THIS LOAN ACCOUNT BUT THE LOAN AMOUNT IS HIGHEST ELIGIBILITY OF YOUR WALLET AMOUNT BUT NOT CURRENT SHOWING LIMIT BECAUSE CURRENT SHOWING LIMIT IS INCREASED OR DECREASED BASED ON YOUR REPAYMENT BUT HIGHEST ELIGIBILITY LOAN AMOUNT IS SHOWING IN YOUR CIBIL SCORE
Bro I haven’t taken any loan. By in my report it’s showing i took the how to solve this issue can you please help me what to do next.
I didn’t took any loan. I just had the zip app in my mobile.
This is the same that is happening to me. My report shows two accounts with same amount which was approved by zip buy now pay later.
One is IDFC account with that amount and one is transactree technologies with the exact same amount . I don’t know what is going on here.

I got same bro. Did you solve this issue. If you solved means. What is the process.
Jithin it is totally from the pay later options that you have taken. If we use or activate the mobiqwik or amazoan pay later options the loan will be sanctioned. That we can show in our credit report. Better you close these paylater options that will not use regularly. Otherwise this will impact on your credit score. If you are using amazoan paylater, you can see the idfc personal loan in your credit report.
Sorry , if you are using flipkart paylater the idfc loan will be sanctioned. If it is Amazon Karur vysa bank. It is active lifetime till we close this.
Better you close the paylater that you are not using regularly.
I don’t have take loan by transactree mobikwiik loan app they show me outstanding 14000 my civil score down day by day my record is effected to much please help me what can I do I am in a problem what can I do
